Delivery and Shipment   

We accept orders only for UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Bahrain.

We arrange the delivery from our warehouse to your address. You are responsible for providing correct and complete address information on the Site.

We are committed to deliver your order within48 hours in UAE (Excluding Abu Dhabi), and 2-7 days in the further GCC and Abu Dhabi.

The site will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Free Shipping across UAE for orders AED 250 and above (dispatch within 24 hours during working days) excluding remote and out of service areas mentioned below.

A delivery charge of AED 18 is applied for UAE orders below AED 250 on orders up to 5KG, orders that are more than 5KG an additional cost of AED 2 per 1KG will apply

If your order is calculated to be over the mentioned weight, additional charges will apply which will be reflected upon checkout.

Our shipping costs are calculated with custom duty and 5% VAT (where VAT is applicable) If your country does not have 5% VAT – only custom duty will apply.

 

If your country has any extra custom duty fees or clearance fees– this payment will be charged to the customer.
